KTC presents the KLE D PLUS series, with direct transmission

KTC presents the KLE D PLUS series, with direct transmission, developed thanks to the top level engineering of the KTC Research and Development department with VMC Engineering, on the strength of over 30 years of experience in the original equipment field and 15 international patents.

The new solution of screw compressors for small and medium power allows professional and users of different fields to avail themselves of a compact integrated system, easily installable, with minimal amount of space, maximum power and reliability.

The series comprises four different types of product that vary the power of their Premium Efficiency IE3 engine from minimum 18 Kw to maximum 55 Kw.

The aims of this PLUS version of KLE D are reliability and low noise levels.

The entire range offers professional fire-proof sound insulation with double layer of anti-oil sheath that guarantees maximum protection and easy cleaning.

Special attention was dedicated to the making of the internal structure, allowing insulation of all moving components from the rest of the structure. The air-ends have been made for efficient and constant in time output. They are compact and extremely silent during functioning. They also require reduced maintenance costs. High efficiency in small spaces.

Another important advantage is the air intake that is higher in comparison with the standards of the market with reduced energy consumption.

The “PREMIUM EFFICIENCY IE3”certified electric engine, complying with the minimum output requirements (MEPS) provided for by the various EU countries, guarantees an energy saving with first class performance.

There is direct reading electronic control, with a simplified management thanks to the microprocessor that operates all of the functions (safety alarms like oil control of the electric cooling ventilator, maintenance time, start stop control systems, alarm reset).

Available options include also Touch Screen control system through KTRONIC 100, that is designed for web connection and allows control from anywhere and with any kind of device (pc, smartphone, tablet)
