KTC introduces the BCT Series, the new family of screw rotary compressors developed to meet the new challenges of modern manufacturing.
In a global market focused on resource optimization, this series sets new benchmarks across various production segments—from automotive to general industry—offering targeted technological solutions for every operational need ranging from 6 hp up to 50 hp.

The BCT Series combines efficiency and versatility: a range of fixed and variable speed compressors designed to reduce consumption and optimize energy savings.

Thanks to either belt or direct drive configurations, an innovative oil separation system, and high-efficiency motors, the BCT Series models deliver concrete advantages in terms of reliability, ultra-quiet operation, and reduced maintenance costs.

All operating functions are monitored and managed by the electronic controller K-Tronic 10.1 for precise and intuitive control.

The BCT Series is designed for rapid setup and simplified servicing, ensuring maximum operational uptime and ease of access for routine maintenance tasks.

Available Configurations

Floor-mounted: a compact, standalone base version.

With refrigerated air dryer: combines the compressor with an integrated refrigerated dryer, ensuring dry, moisture-free compressed air.

Receiver-mounted: the compressor is installed directly on top of an air receiver tank (72/132 gallons), saving floor space and providing immediate air storage capacity.

All-in-one configuration: compressor, dryer, and receiver tank combined for ready-to-use compressed air with minimal installation effort and maximum space efficiency.

VMC integrated air ends

At the heart of the range are the VMC integrated air ends (ADAM and PACK SMART models): an ultra-compact solution engineered for high, long-lasting performance.

This all-in-one system combines the oil-injected screw air end, separation tank, minimum pressure, thermostatic, and intake valves into a single, highly efficient module.
